Hello friends!
Today was one of those days when life just didn't proceed according to plan. This morning I got up and really wanted to play in the craft room, but instead circumstances led to me playing in the kitchen instead. Fortunately the kitchen is my next favourite happy place, so it wasn't too bad. Mom-in-law was helping to chop onion, etc. for me, which is always appreciated. She's also quick to tidy up behind me, and help cleaning up is also appreciated, right! But today, she rinsed out the can for recycling before I got the consomme into the pan, so when I reached for it, it was gone! Luckily I had another can, but kitchen work with an elder who's quicker than you are can be a challenge. LOL!
The cards I'm going to share with you today are part of a Class To Go. Since I'm currently unable to have classes in person, I've tried designing cards that use primarily dies for images, with sentiments that could be interchangeable. The cost of the class is $15 for 4 cards, plus shipping. To add sentiments to these cards, you would need to use products you currently have. You would also need basic card making supplies, and Night of Navy and Soft Suede ink. I will provide all of the pieces needed to make the cards, pre-cut, envelopes, and a pdf with the written instructions. Please note that the kit uses a variety of dies, not just those from the Boho Indigo Product Medley.
The cutting of the DSP, creating a template for the mat, and creating two of the cards was demonstrated in my recent Facebook LIVE video. Here are photos of those cards.
The first card could even be used for Christmas if you like non-traditional colours!
The next card uses a combination of the Small Bloom punch and the Field of Flowers punch. Isn't it wonderful the way these two floral pieces layer so well together!
The final card uses pieces from Boho Indigo and Forever Greenery to create a floral arrangement.
If you love the colours in the Boho Indigo Medley, you'll really want to own the whole Product Medley. It's a fantastic group of products with everything you need to make some stunning cards.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope to see you again soon.
Happy Crafting!
