Kylie Bertucci Blog Highlights Thank You Card

 Hello Craftin' Friends!

Thanks to Kylie Bertucci for hosting the Blog Highlights Challenge. Today I'm sharing a beautiful tropical themed card using the Artfully Layered Suite of Products from Stampin' Up!'s January to June Mini Catalogue. There's just so much to love about this suite! I love the scalloped edge die which you can see as a layer in the sentiment strip. The sentiments stamp so beautifully with crisp lines . There's a great collection of stamps and dies to create a variety of foilage arrangements. I used one of the Vellum Layering Designs over some Pale Papaya Cardstock on the card front and then used one of the dies to add texture in the upper right corner. It's a great detail in person, although I found it difficult to catch with the camera. I also chose to add some 2021-2023 In Color Jewels and a sweet little bow in white Baker's Twine.

Inside the card I added a sentiment from the Tasteful Touches Stamp Set, as well small stamped leaves, and one larger leaf stamped and die cut.

I hope you love this card as much as I do. Please vote for my card so that I can participate in the Highlights Winners Blog later this month. Some of you eagle eyed designers may have noticed that this card is a quadrangle card. I used a 6 by 6 inch piece of the Artfully Composed DSP, and cut it into four pieces as shown in this previous video.  I will be offering the pdf tutorial for the 4 quadrangle cards to those new subscribers who sign up to receive my blog via email or sign up to receive my newsletters. You can subscribe to the blog on this page, or send me a message on my Craftin' Granny's Facebook Page to sign up to receive newsletters from me.

Happy Crafting!
