Darling Details Cards

 Hello Craftin' Friends.

I've been waiting for awhile to choose a new floral stamp set/bundle from Stampin' Up! There have been a lot of them, and I was having difficulty deciding which one I liked the best. I ended up choosing the Darling Details Stamp Set because I really liked the outline images and the stamps for adding colour. I also liked that there were a variety of sentiments with the stamp set. Then I saw the dies and I was sold! The dies include two frames which I've used for the cards today. The first card was CASED from Mary Fish at Stampin' Pretty. I couldn't resist trying a card with Basic Black, Basic White, and Parakeet Party. I liked how Parakeet Party is a little softer than if I'd used Lemon Lime Twist, although I love that colour with Black and White too. You can see the video tutorial for both of todays cards on my YouTube Channel @kellypulham8925.

Simply repeating a floral image inside the card gives it all the decoration needed.
The second card was inspired by Peggy Murwin at stampwithpeggy.com. I used some paper from the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper Pack and the smaller frame for this card.
The texture in the background was created with the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder. Although the stitching on this frame is in an octagonal shape, I chose not to trim the corners on the diagonal, and left it as a rectangular shape.
I loved the way the flower turned out stamped with the colours in the Designer Series Paper. The outline of the flower is in Night of Navy, the stem and leaf are in Garden Green with the inside of the leaf stamped off once, and the inside of the flower is stamped in Fresh Freesia.

There's just so much to love about the Darling Details Bundle. The products used to create these cards are available in my online store. For a complete list of products used in each card, see the My Projects tab on my web page. Please use Host Code 79N7Y7VN for orders less than $200. Happy Crafting!
