Celebrate Sunflowers Four Ways

Hello again, my crafting friends!

Today I am sharing some sunshine with sunflower cards. Sunflowers are one of my favourite flowers, so I knew when I saw this stamp set I had to have it! Two of the cards involved some fussy cutting, as I do not own the dies that coordinate with the stamp set, but it was totally worth it.

The first card, using the spotlight technique, was CASED from Diana Gibbs. I chose to stamp on some Peony Garden Designer Series Paper and to add a sentiment circle.

The second card was CASED from Vicki Wright. This card used the masking technique. See my Facebook Live Video for tutorials on these techniques.

The next card this week is a fun fold card that uses the In Color Designer Series Paper.
The first photo shows the card from the top.

The second photo shows the card with the easel propped up.

The final card today was inspired by watching Annette Ball from Stampin' with the Bee's. She demonstrated using a sponge dauber for colouring, so all of the colouring on this card was done using sponge daubers.  The sentiment for this card was inspired by a plaque I have hanging on my wall at home showing a field of sunflowers with the scripture quote from Philippians 4:4. Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again, Rejoice! To make the sentiment on this card I used the Rejoice! from the Peaceful Nativity Stamp Set, and added the always from the Lovely You Bundle inside the card. I also used the punch from the Lovely You Bundle.

I hope these cheery cards make you feel happy today. Thanks again for stopping by. Products to make these cards can be purchased through my online store. If placing an order less than $200 before October 9th, please use Host Code F7QBVT7P.

As always, Happy Crafting!
