Peace and Joy To All

I have fallen in love with the Peace and Joy bundle. It's just so fun to work with. I've created two cards using the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper,

and two cards using the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper.

There's just so many ways to combine the stamps and/or dies to create sentiments. You can opt for dies only and use them singly or layer them up. Or you can stamp the large words then die cut them. These can be used alone or layered with other die cuts. And then there's the sentiment strips!

The first card was CASED from Tarabeth Stamps. Hers was my favourite that I found on Pinterest before I started creating. I used the In The Woods dies and the Beautiful Boughs dies to add to this card. What do you think? Do you mind a little black on a Christmas card? The circle die cut was done with the Stitched Shapes Dies coming off the side of the DSP. Then I flipped the DSP to show the other side and matted it with a circle from the Layering Circles Dies. I consider these to be essential products for cardmakers with a die cutting machine.

The second card was CASED from Sharon Armstrong at txstampin.com. Sheer red ribbon and rhinestones make this card really "bright"!

The next card used an idea from Tina Gillespie. She had used the image stamps and stamped on Stitched Shapes squares. I loved her card, but immediately pictured the Toile Tidings images in the squares. I selected  house, barn and snowman images to highlight in my squares. A little metallic foil paper and Gold Glitter Enamel Dots add to the old fashioned holiday feel.

The final card today might be my favourite. I saw a card by Jana's Paperdreams, a designer who's cards I love, which used the So Sentimental Dies layered together. That inspired me to create the following card. With a little gold heat embossing and the gold ribbon from the Boho Indigo Medley, I think that this card is really beautiful!

And the images from this set also allow for some stamping inside the card or on the envelope.

You'll have to excuse my poorly drawn bow, but you get the idea.

If you have not considered purchasing this bundle for your holiday crafting, I hope you will think again! It's just so versatile. Products used in the cards today are available in my online store. If you're placing an order of less than $200, please use Host Code WKZW4CRB and ask me about my customer loyalty credit.

Happy Crafting!
