Gifts Galore Paper Pumpkin Kit Alternates

 Hello Craftin' Friends!

Today I've got a bunch of cards to share, so I'm going to keep my explanations brief and just add the photos. For measurements, etc. you can see my video tutorial here.

This month's Paper Pumpkin Kit was loads of fun and could be made into 9 super cute treat packages. However, I always like to share card alternatives for my customers who prefer cards, so here we go...

The first cards used the gifts die cut from the kit, with the gifts fussy cut apart. I added a Poppy Parade Card Base 5 1/2" by 8 1/2", and a 3" by 6" Pool Party Card Base, and a bit of Flirty Flamingo cardstock die cut with a Layering Circle Die to make two simple but fun ards for the holidays. The mini card is perfect as a gift tag. I also used some Basic White Cardstock, which everyone needs if you don't already have it!

The second set of cards used one of the tree die cuts, cut in half. I added an Evening Evergreen Card Base 5 1/2" by 8 1/2", and a Pool Party Card Base 4 1/4" by 11".These cards also used some of the Sweet Stockings DSP, a scrap of Old Olive Cardstock, and more Basic White Cardstock.

The fifth card used a Pool Party Card Base, 5 1/2" by 8 1/2", a piece of Basic White Cardstock 3 7/8" by 5 1/4", and another piece of Pool Party Cardstock large enough to die cut the largest stitched rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. A shaker card. How fun!

The final card used a Basic White Card Base 4 1/4" by 11", Flirty Flamingo 4 1/8" by 5 3/8", 2 pieces of Basic White Cardstock 4" by 5 1/4", and some Basic White scraps to stamp and cut out presents.

I hope you've enjoyed seeing these cards with this month's kit. You can subscribe for future kits here, or, if you're already subscribed to Paper Pumpkin, why not subscribe to my blog to receive notifications when future projects are posted each month! Please leave me a comment and let me know which card you liked the best, and whether you prefer quick and easy altenatives, or more involved cards.

And one more card, just for fun -

Happy Crafting!
