Peaceful Deer Cards with Peaceful Place DSP

 Hello Craftin' Friends!

Today I'm sharing two final Christmas cards with you for this year. I don't know why I waited so long to play with the Peaceful Deer Bundle. It's such a versatile bundle. You can build a winter scene with the images. You have a great selection of sentiments to choose from. And the deer images are fantastic!

My first card uses Card Sketch #6 from Denise Cox at birdsketchdesigns.com.  You may recognize this, as I used the same sketch last week, although I think you'll agree that the two cards are very different. I love the bright Shaded Spruce Cardstock with the Peaceful Place DSP to give the card a festive appeal. Don't you just love the collar on the deer! For details on how to make this card, please check out my Facebook Tutorial.

The next fun fold card uses Cherry Cobbler cardstock to add to the holiday theme of the card. I used lots of silver and black heat embossing to give this card an extra WOW factor. The collar on the deer looks great in the black heat embossing, and the black antlers really make the deer pop. The red rhinestone is the cherry on top!

Here's a photo to show the fun fold,

and a front view of the card open.

Finally, a little look at the inside sentiment. I also added some silver embossed trees on the envelope (not shown).

Hope you liked this weeks cards. Please leave a comment to let me know what you think.

If you're placing an order before the end of the month, please use Host Code JU36B3Z2 for orders less than $200.

Happy Crafting!
