Team Crafting Time

Happy Canada Day friends!

This past Wednesday evening was a team gathering for Granny's Craftin' Cannucks. We had a wonderful time enjoying snacks and good company. It was so fun talking about  our favourite products from the new mini catalogue with other folks who love the products as much as we do. We learned a little bit about card design, shared our current projects, swapped some ribbon, and then of course, we stamped together!

To make the cards we featured the free cards and envelopes from the brand new Sale-a-bration Brochure. My first card is a Happy Retirement card. For this card I also used the Paradise Palms Stamp Set and the Palms Dies. The Basic White cardstock was embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder. A shower Pool Party bow finished off the card with a beachy summer feel.

For the second card I used the Meadow Dies with a sentiment from the Flowering Tulips Stamp Set. The Shaded Spruce cardstock was embossed with the Fern 3D embossing folder. I embellished this card with some crinkled seam binding ribbon and some basic rhinestones.
