Today I have a project to share with you that I have loved creating. My project used scripture verses for inspiration and encouragement, but I suggest that if that isn't your thing, you might still find this project very practical if you filled it with inspirational quotes that mean something to you. This project uses materials you will likely have at home, with the exception of the ultra thin magnets used to hold the project together. I do recommend the magnets, but if you don't have them, you can use a strip of ribbon behind the designer series paper to tie the folder together. I purchased some thin earth magnets through Amazon, but for this project used some adhesive backed magnets from Basic Grey gifted to me through a friend.
Here's the cover of the folder, showing the beautiful Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper. I just love the shades of green in this paper and the stamps and dies that coordinate are so practical every stamper needs them in their stash! I also die cut an oval from vellum cardstock using one of the Stitched Shapes die , another crafter's essential product.
This folder/booklet is 3 by 4" - big enough to be used for small photos or inspirational quotes, but small enough to fit into your purse. For gift giving, these folders would easily fit into a clear plastic envelope that we use for our cards.
The inside of the folder was decorated using the small flower punch,
the small butterfly from the Butterfly Duet punch,
dies from the Grace's Garden Bundle,
and a die from the Well Written Dies.
If you try one of these little books, I recommend watching the tutorial video and just using whatever dies, stickers, or images you have to decorate the inside of your booklet.
These projects would make great little gifts for a friend, or you could even make one with some post it notes inside as reminders for yourself!

Happy Crafting!
