Berry Blessings Sale-a-bration Cards

 Hello Craftin' Friends!

Today's post features the Berry Blessings Bundle from the Sale-a-bration Brochure, free with a $120 purchase until February 28th. This stamp set and DSP is so bright, fun, and easy to use. The paper is double sided, with one side a more generic pattern. This means that you can subsitute different Designer Series Paper patterns using the same card design for different results, as I did in my Facebook Live video on Thursday evening, 6 pm. EST. 

The first card is amazingly simple and easy to make, but also very appealing. Check out the video above to see the same design done in the blueberry pattern and colours.

The second card is a double pointed flap card. As soon as I started playing with this paper, I immediately pictured it done in this type of fun fold. The Pampered Stamper created the first card of this type that I've seen, and I've watched her video tutorial on youtube multiple times. The card shown here is shown with in Blackberry Bliss and Rich Razzleberry. See the video above for a variation using Poppy Parade.

I also created another simple funfold with this card and a little fussy cutting of the DSP. The card shown below is a Z fold card, and is super easy to make. I fussy cut the flowers and berries from the DSP, punched some flowers with the Small Blooms punch to add an extra layer of dimension to the flowers, and layered them on some ovals using the Layering Ovals Dies. In typical Stampin' Up style, the products worked perfectly together.

The final card for today used the blueberry paper again, and copied the fun fold I created on my Facebook Live video early in February using the Oh So Ombre DSP and the Kangaroo and Company Bundle.  This time I softened the edges of the card using the Detailed Trio Punch to round the corners of the paper. I borrowed the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Oval Occasions Stamp Set. 

The rhinestone strip holds the card closed. Inside the card I stamped the blueberries again with a second sentiment.
