Inspired Thoughts Cards

 Hello Craftin' Friends!

Today's post will be a little shorter than usual as a plumbing emergency ate up too much of my day. Not what I planned, and my jokes about "family time" did not make either my brother-in-law or my husband laugh. Oh well.

I really want to share with you the cards I created with the Inspired Thoughts Bundle and the Beauty of the Earth DSP. I think they are amazing!

The first card was CASED from Julia Quinn. She created a Double Z Fold Card using this bundle, and I thought it was brilliant. For my card, I used the blue and green dsp from the Beauty of the Earth pack to create my background. I think it really looks great against the Cinnamon Cider background. I also can't say enough good things about the Inspired Thoughts sentiments. They make cards for so many occasions!

Because this card didn't leave space for a hand written message, I added a piece of cardstock to the back for that purpose. Be sure to check out my Facebook LIVE tutorial for more details on the two cards today.

The second card today was CASED from Joy Nelson. I chose to use the colours from the Beauty of the Earth DSP, and made my strips 5/8". Again, check out the video tutorial linked above for more details.

I just had to add a tree inside this card as well. The card shown here is a birthday card, but in the tutorial I made the same card with sympathy sentiments. As I said, this stamp set is soooo versatile.
