Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlights November 2021

 Hello Craftin' Friends.

I've created another beautiful card for Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlights using the Blackberry Beauty DSP and a brand new stamp set which will be available for customers in January 2022. You're going to love the Blessings of Home Stamp Set with it's gorgeous images and really sweet sentiments.

I've coloured the images on today's card using Stampin' Blend markers - Blackberry Bliss, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, and a hint of Pumpkin Pie. You may like to use the colour lifter as well to add dimension to your colouring. I chose to use Very Vanilla Cardstock for my colouring, which gives it a subtle difference from the Basic White look. To make my sentiment, I masked part of the stamp from the stamp set, so that I just had the "THANK YOU".

To make this card extra special, I've added DSP to the envelope flap. I chose the "You are a real blessing..." sentiment for the inside of the card. I love this sentiment so much it seems worth purchasing the stamp set for that alone!

To do this easily, cut a piece of DSP 2 1/4 by 6". Glue it onto the envelope flap as shown making sure that you glue the WRONG side of the DSP. Trim excess away.

Since I chose some DSP with a gold foil accent, I wanted to make this an elegant card. The frame from the Color and Contour Dies was cut from gold foil. The Blackberry Bliss layer was embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder - a current favourite of mine! A little bit of Gold Foil die cut with the Flowers of Home Dies that co-ordinate with the Blessings of Home Stamp Set, some Gold Shimmer Ribbon, gold heat embossing and some gold Metallic Pearls all help to make this card extra special.

I'm hoping you love my card today, and that you'll take the time to head over to Kylie Bertucci's Gallery Page to vote for my card. By all means leave me a comment to let me know you've done so. It will make my day!

Happy Crafting!
