Hello Craftin' Friends!
Today I'm excited to show you the swap card I made to share with my team at OnStage. We decided to swap Christmas Cards, and I decided to play with the Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set and Poinsettia Dies, since they are new to me. When the bundle came out last year, I loved the cards with white poinsettias, so that's what I used for my card. Once I had decided to go with the white flower, I wanted some DSP to work with it, so I went with some Peaceful Place DSP that had silver in it. My stamping was done in Memento Tuxedo Black and Smoky Slate. You can see I used some of the Silver Foil from the Mini Catalogue as an accent, as well as the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon from the Annual Catalogue.
For inside my card, I stamped a second sentiment, then added some branches from the stamp set in Smoky Slate stamped off once.
The final touch for this card was to stamp a flower in Smoky Slate over the envelope flap. No naked envelopes!
